About Carly Monge
With a lifelong love of sport and movement, chiropractic was a natural choice of career. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in Edmonton AB, I earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Portland OR, at the University of Western States. I have completed a variety of continuing education courses in movement, soft tissue techniques, kinesio-taping, foot biomechanics, and love to continue to learn and master my craft. When not in office, you can find me walking my dog Reese, strength training, or spending time with my two young boys and husband.
Education
Doctor of Chiropractic - University of Western States

Approach
I am passionate about helping people with health, movement and lifestyle. On top of treating the spine (neck, mid and low back pain), I also love helping with foot and jaw dysfunction, healthy aging, and supporting both someone with an active lifestyle or someone trying to get active for the first time. My approach consists of a thorough exam and care plan that includes expert manual therapy (chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work), targeted rehab exercises, and lifestyle guidance. With over a decade of experience, I tailor care for your specific needs. The best results are achieved with a holistic, whole body approach.
